I loved (LOVED!!!) Moulin Rouge. I didn't go into it with high expectations, though. The concept sounded bad...but the cinematography , music and energy won me over.
I hated avocados as a kid, but can eat them like apples now.
1000 thread count sheets?! Do you slide right off of them? (I know, I'm commenting on the wrong post)
I'm not overly fond of musicals though I could watch Ewan drive a car or re-organize his closet and be pretty happy.
Actually, Moulin Rouge was OK, but i didn't LOVE it as i thought i would. What put me off was that it was visually over-demanding. It made me feel ADD. Too much of a good thing.
